Are you an Electrical Engineering Supervisor looking to step up in Management with further progression on offer? Are you looking to take on a diverse department of engineers to expand your management experience while still working hands on across a range of customer projects?
On offer is an opportunity to step up into management with a clear progression track to directorship. You will lead a team of skilled Engineers while working to grow cross department collaboration in a growing manufacturing organization.
This manufacturer is looking for new leadership as they move into the future. As an industry leader of what they make they are looking to strengthen their engineering department and hire a Engineering Manager to report to the VP.
In this role you will manage the Electrical Engineering team of design engineers, controls engineers and service/installation engineers. You will oversee the design work of the team and support the manufacturing process from start to finish while working closely with other departments. You will be working on a range of automation projects for a number of customers.
This is an amazing opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor with automation and controls experience to take charge of an Engineering department where you can further develop your management experience, while still being hands on in the manufacturing process.
The Role:- Oversee a team of Design / Controls Engineers & Service technicians.
- Lead the design of automation and control panels, integration of systems into automation equipment and installation at client sites.
