** Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
*** Answering incoming triage calls, utilizing the Electronic Medical Record to answer patients' questions.
* Triaging providers as needed through the EMR, generating documents in the EMR, responding to patient requests in a timely manner.
* Completing medication and insurance authorizations and digital filing of documents requiring provider review.
* This position may also provide coverage or rotate into the Clinical Team Member position to perform direct patient care in the clinic.
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*** Proficient computer skills Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
* A cheerful disposition and the ability to work well in a high volume, fast paced environment.
