, you’ll help to lead the backbone of a high-performing, mission-critical technology environment.

• Strategic Project Management:Direct and coordinate high-impact infrastructure projects spanning information systems, customer service, and cybersecurity.
• Operational Excellence:Oversee the company’s Help Desk and customer service functions, ensuring rapid and effective resolution for all end-user needs.
• Performance Monitoring:Maintain peak system integrity by monitoring infrastructure performance and proactively identifying areas for optimization.
• Security & Compliance:Enforce rigorous security standards and procedures during the design and implementation of all IS technologies to protect critical assets.
• Global Alignment:Recommend and implement infrastructure upgrades that drive business efficiency and ensure seamless alignment with the worldwide Framatome Group.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• A minimum of10 yearsof progressive experience in Information Systems.
• Proven track record in executive-level IS leadership, with experience managing dynamic and complex organizational structures.
• Deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex networks utilizing
  
  Cisco LAN/WAN technologies and advancedfirewallsecurity.
• Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including workstation support, help desks, and IS asset management.
• Expert-level knowledge of diverse corporate business functions and the ability to align IT strategy with overall business goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence change across all levels of a global organization.

• Salary: $130,000-$176,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
