Job Overview

At Ortho Virginia, you’re part of a team dedicated to delivering expert orthopedic and therapy care across the state. You will support the IT team to ensure systems meet business needs.

• Assists and supports the IT team working with end users and stakeholders to ensure systems meet organizational business needs.
• Takes ownership, responsibility, and accountability for supporting business systems.
• Provides support and troubleshooting to end users to meet IT Service Level Agreements for incident management.
• Performs system tests and ensures that test requirements are met.
• Maintains system documentation for effective backup support.
• Communicates issues to management appropriately.

• Eagerness to learn software and increase knowledge over time while promoting it within the organization.
• Assists IT Systems Analyst I staff with application configuration.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work.
• Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting goals and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to move projects forward and work independently.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems to find solutions to issues.
