- We are seeking an experienced
Procurement Specialist
to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and manage supplier relationships. - This role requires a procurement professional who can partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and deliver cost-effective procurement solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and recommend sourcing solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and risk management practices.
