- Own the end-to-end business and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
- Lead solution design efforts across sales, quote-to-order, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, billing, and finance processes.
- Ensure business requirements align with D365 capabilities, organizational objectives, and long-term application strategy.
- Educate stakeholders on D365 functionality and promote effective use of standard platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain the D365 roadmap to support business growth while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Provide architecture leadership and oversight for enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business analysts and functional analysts to translate requirements into scalable and supportable solutions.
- Lead architecture governance across internal teams and external partners.
- Evaluate new Dynamics 365 capabilities and Microsoft platform investments to identify opportunities for operational improvement and business value.
- Facilitate solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Review and approve system changes, customizations, and integration designs.
- Define future-state business processes and solution architectures across D365 applications.
- Partner with business teams to resolve complex process and system challenges.
- Coach and mentor analysts and project team members on solution design principles and D365 best practices.
- Guide external vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment with architecture standards and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and finance business processes.
- Experience leading enterprise solution architecture, business process design, and application roadmap development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and provide architectural guidance to business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
- Experience working within complex manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O and CE architecture, capabilities, and business processes.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-order, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, fulfillment, billing, and finance workflows.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, integrations, security, data architecture, and enterprise application design.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Dev Ops, and Microsoft 365.
