Service Technician Job Details

Pay: $17/hr

Hours:

M-F - 5:00pm-10:00pm (25 hrs/week). MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

• Consistently provide a clean, safe environment for the occupants of multiple facilities. Regular attendance is critical.
• Train, develop and motivate janitorial staff.
• Manage customer work orders daily.
• Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations. Take corrective action where appropriate.
• Cover cleaning positions for absent or vacationing employees.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age: 18+ years old
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and staff. Supervisor experience is preferred as you will define expectations for cleaning, train staff members and diagnose issues and opportunities to improve our cleaning activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Flexibility is important as day-to-day responsibilities and the specific individuals you work with will vary somewhat.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and staff members.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and "do whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.
