This position is ideal for a person that has worked for a wholesale distributor or a heavy equipment, truck, or car dealership.

Excel is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Lynchburg, VA dealership.

Ensure that our inventory is accurate, replenished to proper levels defined by our company and stored in a defined area. Knowledgeable on all makes of truck parts and able to resource and inventory as needed.

• Able to lead the receiving and inventory process. From inventory to delivery.
• Ensuring that our inventory is accurate and maintained at a proper level as defined by our company.
• Perform and support our cycle counts to maintain the integrity of our inventory.
• Support the regular updating of our inventory records.
• Work with the Parts Inventory Manager to ensure all policies and guidelines are being followed.
• Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies. Lead by example by supporting our Elite Support principles.
• Must have experience and skills working with Excel worksheets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
