- Operate intelligent and non‑intelligent machinery to produce accurate healthcare statements and similar materials.
- Experience with equipment in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Certified Production Technician 4.0 a plus. We are willing to certify the right candidates as long as you're self‑motivated and willing to learn.
- Electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to understand detailed technical information.
- Operate various machinery items, learn all departmental and corporate processes, and utilize various hand tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair with one or more of the following a plus:
- Electrical systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Machine automation systems
- Lubrication processes
- Bearings and couplings
- Belts and chain drives
