Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Ensure product quality through inspections and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Previous experience in operations, maintenance, or production preferred but not required.
- Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Lynchburg, VA in a fast‑paced environment.
