2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands‑on Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead evening manufacturing operations in a growing adhesive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving productivity across the shift. 2nd shift - 3:30pm - 2am.

• Supervise and lead production employees on second shift.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, including temporary employees.
• Monitor production activities and address operational issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Experience in chemical, adhesive, coatings, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary range, discretionary bonuses, and participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
