Dover - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual and CNC precision grinding equipment to perform precision , OD, form grinding, multi-axis grinding, and flat surface grinding;
Dress abrasive wheels including the use of dressing diamonds and rotary dressing wheels for straight, angle, and form dressing;
Program CNC grinding machines on the shop floor when necessary;
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, height gauges, gauge blocks, gauge pins to verify tolerances;
Maintain safe and clean work area and adhere to quality management system policies
