Arkema is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance operational excellence in their Lynchburg chemical manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and productivity, working across various teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
This role requires more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in batch processing, and a degree in Chemical Engineering. Candidates with Six Sigma certification are preferred. The position involves on-call responsibilities for production support.
