We are currently seeking a Production Support Level I team member to join our Fabrication Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to build a career in manufacturing.
Primary Responsibilities Perform bead blasting of fabricated and machined components to customer specifications.
Deburr metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and other finishing equipment.
Perform precision finishing operations to remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections while maintaining required tolerances.
Inspect parts for quality, cleanliness, and workmanship before moving to the next operation.
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
Handle and move materials safely throughout the production area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support other fabrication and production activities as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements.
