Mechanical Electrical Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As a Mechanical or Electrical Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly of conveyors, machines, and subassemblies. Job Title: Mechanical or Electrical Assembler

Location: LYNCHBURG, VA

Pay Range: $19 - $20 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday working 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (or 6:00 am to 4:30 pm when working overtime)

• Assemble conveyors, machines, and subassemblies following blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate and install conveyor parts, ensuring quality and functionality
• Inspect parts for proper machining finish and dimensions
• Diagnose equipment issues and test equipment for performance and reliability
• Maintain safety standards and work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
