Are you an experienced painter who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in delivering a flawless finish? We're looking for a skilled painter to prepare, prime, and apply high-quality wet paint coatings to machine and welded parts while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Painter Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00/hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
- Prepare surfaces through washing, sanding, masking, and conditioning.
- Mix paints, primers, coatings, and solvents according to specifications.
- Apply wet coat paint finishes using spray equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and adherence to standards.
- Perform touch-ups and rework when needed.
- Maintain paint booths, tools, and spray equipment.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and production procedures.
- Support production schedules while collaborating with quality, welding, and finishing teams.
Painter
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Industrial painting or wet coat application experience preferred.
- Familiarity with paint preparation and spray equipment.
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
