Release and update internal shop orders. Provide lead times to internal customers. Track, monitor, and update shortages and communicate those with other departments.
Primary Responsibilities- Release and update internal work orders
- Review and react to expedite and de-expedite requirements for shop orders and raw material purchases
- Work with Sourcing to outsource and insource as needed for capacity, and ensure decisions consider pricing and delivery
- Process Add/Deletes
- Review Change Orders, make determinations on actions needed and send out action item notifications
- Promote continuous improvement methods relative to scheduling/planning
- Understand MRP logic, manufacturing capabilities and limitations, to determine how capacities and lead times are calculated in the business enterprise system
- Understand capacity constraints by process/work center and assess capacity risk
- Ensure lead times are accurate and maintained in ERP system
- Monitor and report shortages
- Review planning parameters and make recommendations on updates and systematic changes
- Monitor Spares report and keep updated
High School Diploma required
Bachelor of Science in Business or related field is preferred
ExperienceMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment

Pay Range: $55,000 - $62,000 annually
