Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the successful launch of new products.
• Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Implement strategic planning to meet production goals and objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage and oversee the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action as necessary.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in inventory management, product development, Six Sigma, process improvement, supply chain management, operations management, project management, strategic planning, team leadership, budgeting, and KPI.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Proficient in using various software for inventory management, production planning, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
