ICP Group is seeking a Manufacturing Associate at our Lynchburg, VA Carroll manufacturing plant. The role involves safely producing products from raw materials to final packaging, operating equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am (2nd shift); pay rate $18.00 per hour with a $0.65 shift differential. Responsibilities include following SOPs, using PPE, participating in cross training, and supporting maintenance programs.
