Resident Services Coordinator Salary range
$44,969.60 - $58,468.80.

The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is an integral and collaborative member of the Rush Homes Services Team in actively supporting residents to live stably in their housing, and to thrive in the community. The Resident Services Coordinator empowers residents with information and referrals, navigating access to resources, and opportunities to flourish in their community. The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for execution of onsite resident programs, special events, and direct resident support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, prepare, manage, and execute onsite and virtual resident programs based on survey‑identified needs and interests, including topics such as tutoring, financial literacy, health services, lease education, community service, and social and environmental stewardship.
- Plan and schedule resident programs:
- Conduct resident outreach and enroll eligible participants.
- Secure space or virtual access and prepare all required materials.
- Coordinate with community partners and manage volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor program implementation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Provide direct resident support through regular face‑to‑face and phone contact, assisting with lease compliance matters (including housekeeping and late rental payments) and coordinating appropriate supportive services as needed.
- Promote resident engagement through outreach efforts including flyers, phone calls, website updates, workshops, special events, and a quarterly newsletter featuring organizational updates, community resources, and tenant feedback opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with property management staff and local agencies to effectively address and resolve tenant concerns.
- Collaborate with Office Manager to recruit and engage volunteers to support programming initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local and state community partners to expand and implement program delivery.
- Collect, manage, analyze, and report program data to assess outcomes and demonstrate return on investment.
- Manage and reconcile the monthly Resident Services program budget.
- Develop and publish monthly and quarterly calendars of events and related outreach materials.

- Bachelor’s Degree desired; equivalent prior experience in Human Services, Social Work, or related field acceptable.
- 1-2 years of previous employment, internship or volunteer experience working directly with underserved populations preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Teams, Word, and Excel.
Local travel required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel in support of Rush Homes events across multiple properties. Mileage reimbursed.
Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time, exempt position, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Occasional evening or weekend support may be required for special events or programming.
