As a Donor Care Specialist
, you will engage with donors through meaningful, authentic phone conversations, ensuring every donor feels valued and informed. You will work with mid-level and planned giving donors, prospects, patients, and partner organization leadership to share the impact of their contributions, capture donor stories and motivations, invite them to events, express gratitude, and secure ongoing support. This role supports a diverse portfolio of nonprofit organizations across higher education, healthcare, human services, animal welfare, veteran services, and faith-based initiatives.

• Minimum 1 year of total work history
• Minimum High School Degree or equivalent - 4-year college degree (preferred)
