These include post-surgery rehabilitation, cardiac and stroke recovery, joint and fracture recovery, pneumonia and COPD recovery, and accident recovery care. This is a full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse (RN) position based in Lynchburg, VA. The RN will deliver compassionate and professional care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities also include collaborating with healthcare teams, developing personalized care plans, and providing leadership to nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care. The RN will prioritize patient comfort and well‑being while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate medical records, and documentation
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work with healthcare teams and guide nursing staff
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control practices, and patient safety standards
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to provide compassionate care with a patient‑centered approach
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation or long‑term care is a plus
