Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a brand‑new 72‑bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026. We offer high‑quality, compassionate care for a wide variety of patients in need. Our teams provide evidence‑based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment.

• Will assess the patient and plan care within set time‑frames and document findings according to policies.
• Will oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc., and ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by all team members.
• Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notification of the physician.
• Will follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Will deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
• Assists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid RN licensure.
• Experience:
  
  One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
