Infusion Nurse - RN

Nurse Core is hiring Registered Nurses with infusion experience for its Specialty Staffing division. The role focuses on providing quality infusion therapy in home health settings across Minnesota.

Qualified nurses must possess critical thinking, decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment. One year infusion nursing experience and home health experience preferred.

• Provide quality in‑home care and infusions as defined within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables.
• Proficient in SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD, SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing; follow infection control measures.
• Coordinate planning of nursing care with Director of Nursing and make clinical decisions.
• Update patient POC, health changes, and related incidents proactively.
• Apply age‑specific knowledge for patient population.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards; manage time, supplies, and quality.
• Travel within assigned geographic region; flexible shifts and on‑call availability.
• Administer CPR and emergency procedures as needed.

• Registered Nurse license required.
• Home health experience preferred; ability to perform assessments, wound care, medication management, infusions.
• Minimum two years medical surgical or critical‑care/ER experience preferred.
• Minimum one‑year recent infusion experience preferred.
• Current PPD and CPR–hands‑on class required.
• Successful completion of skills assessment for area of experience.
• Rheumatology/Orthopedic experience preferred.
