Registered Nurse; RN

Job Type: Full Time.

• Will assess the patient and plan care within set time‑frames and document findings according to policies.
• Will oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc., ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed.
• Will monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notifying the physician.
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
• Assists or performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school with valid RN licensure.
• Experience:
  
  One year or more of behavioral health experience highly preferred.
