At Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas
-including OR and Pre-OP/Post Op- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager
- Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Salary Range: $128,960 - $153,920 annual depending on experience

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
• Current license as aCA Registered Nurse
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care. Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery experience preferred
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
