We are seeking an exceptional and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Palliative Care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
In this role, you will provide holistic and supportive care for patients with advanced illnesses
-primarily in oncology, neurology (stroke, dementia, etc.), pulmonary (COPD, respiratory failure, etc.), and gastrointestinal diseases. You'll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life and managing symptoms.
