American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, requiring Cerner experience and at least 1 year of IRF or med-surg experience.
Details- Inpatient rehabilitation unit on a single floor with 14-28 beds, expanding to a second unit
- Adult patient population (18+) including stroke, brain injury, amputation, multi-trauma, hip fracture, spinal cord injury, debility, and cardiac diagnoses
- RN to patient ratio of 6:1 and LPN ratio of 7:1
- Uses Cerner EHR and Omnicell equipment
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend rotation required
- No on-call requirements
- No floating requirements
- Active RN license (VA or Compact)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required, no new graduates
- IRF or med-surg experience required
- Cerner EHR experience required
- Social security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Works within a transdisciplinary team model in a collaborative team environment
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Report time is 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM depending on shift
- Permanent residence must be outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
- Candidates who worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full time
