Hourly Rate: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, and maintain Home displays in proper order throughout the day.
