Xfinity Field Sales Professional -Lynchburg

Job Summary

This role is responsible for promotion and sales of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned area. It focuses on direct sales to individual households and multiple dwelling units to achieve sales targets.

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and sell to customers via door‑to‑door canvassing.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers.
• Evaluate customers’ existing and potential product needs, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and unique benefits.
• Assess competitors’ offers and frame responses to highlight Comcast advantages.
• Meet physical requirements: ability to walk/travel door‑to‑door, in varying weather conditions.
• Obtain and maintain any credentials or licenses required to sell or design alarm systems, as required by law.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Relevant work experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in residential services.
• Certifications (if applicable).
• Strong adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, and workplace organization.
• Ability to walk/travel door‑to‑door and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Annual compensation: $74,000 (base + commission). Base pay: $30,000.00 with total target compensation of $74,000.00. Commission and bonus programs available.
