What You'll Do

• Meet customers face to face and introduce Xfinity's full lineup fiber internet, mobile plans, and TV packages
• Help people bundle their services and get the best deal available in their area
• Walk customers through their options and close the sale
• Spend your first week training in the field alongside a senior rep
• Manage your own schedule and work toward your weekly goals

Who We're Looking For

• Coachable you take feedback and apply it quickly
• A strong communicator comfortable talking to anyone
• Disciplined you show up and put in the work consistently
• Self-motivated you want to earn based on your own effort
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any field

Compensation
Commission-based pay with weekly payouts one week after install. New reps typically earn $1,000–$2,000 during their ramp-up period. Experienced reps consistently earn $3,000+ per week. Your earnings grow with your performance and there is no income ceiling.

• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Ability to commute to Lynchburg, VA 24503
