The Carpenterresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
Plansandperformsstandardtomoderatelycomplexroughandfinishcarpentrytasksnecessarytoconstruct,install,orrepairstructuresalongwithothermiscellaneouscarpentrytasks. This includes,butisnotlimitedto,installationofwallframing,door frames,hardware,doors,casework,trim,and specialties.
Readsandunderstandsspecificationsinbuildingplans.
Selectsandutilizesappropriatehandandpowertoolsandmaterialsrequiredtocompletejobs.
Followsandenforcesall Jamerson-Lewissafetyproceduresandpolicies
Skills&Competencies
Abilitytouseavarietyofconstructionandmaintenancetoolsandequipmenttocompletejob-sitetasks
Mustbeabletodeterminetheappropriatetoolorpieceofequipmentforeachtask
Mustbeabletolistenandfollowinstructionswhileworkingasapartofateam
Experience,Education,&Certifications
High School Diploma
1-4yearsofexperienceworkingasacarpenteroncommercialorindustrialprojects
Valid Driver’sLicenserequired
MustbeaUSCitizenwithnodualcitizenshipandmustbeabletoobtainandmaintainaU.S.Department of Energy(DOE) clearance.

Working Conditions:
