Description
Administer equipment and personnel logistics for the installation department.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meets acceptable attendance, time/work standards
- Secure heavy equipment rentals for nationwide capital projects
- Schedule shipments of industrial toolboxes between nationwide project sites
- Maintain inventory of industrial toolboxes
- Manage weekly travel for installation crews to various capital projects
- Submit crew member timesheets to payroll
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
- Excel VBA
- Advanced Excel formulas
- Microsoft Share Point
- Understanding site permissions
- Ability to edit SharePoint sites
Data Entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to work the mandatory hours and weekends as required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Ability to travel within 100 miles of Lynchburg once per quarter
