Collect solid waste and recyclable materials from customer premises and curbsides, loading them safely into the collection vehicle;
Assist the driver in the safe operation of the vehicle, including backing up and maneuvering in tight spaces;
Safely operate the truck's compacting equipment to pack materials into the vehicle;
Perform pre-route checks, report prohibited waste items, and follow safety precautions;
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers
