CDL Driver

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to support our paving operations. This position plays a key role in the success of our crews by supporting a variety of driving and field responsibilities.

CDL Driver responsibilities include operating CDL vehicles, ensuring proper surface preparation, dust control, and jobsite safety while performing routine maintenance for the equipment.

This position provides hands‑on training and exposure to equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair within our shop operations. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the Apprentice will learn how to safely inspect, maintain, and repair complex equipment.

Superior Paving Corp. is hiring a Safety Officer to support and strengthen our commitment to workplace safety across our operations. This role will work closely with field crews, plant personnel, and leadership to promote safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Tack/Water Truck Driver supports asphalt paving operations by safely operating either a tack truck or a water truck, depending on assignment. The role ensures proper surface preparation, dust control, and jobsite safety while performing routine maintenance.

The Laborer I supports asphalt paving and milling crews by performing essential physical tasks, including asphalt preparation, jack hammering, general labor duties, assisting equipment operators, spotting trucks, reviewing load tickets, and operating pilot trucks.

Superior Paving Corp. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration across field and office operations. The position is responsible for executing full‑cycle weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

This role requires operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaded tractors, and pavers to conduct road building and maintenance tasks. The operator must adhere to all safety and quality standards during construction activities.

We’re hiring a Parts Clerk to support our shop and maintenance team. This role involves inventory management, organization, and hands‑on assistance with parts logistics.

This position works in the field monitoring and testing product to ensure proper density requirements are met.
