Weekly earnings target: $1,750 average pay per week ($89K annual average; top drivers exceed $2,000/week). Incentive bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus paid incrementally over your first 180 days. Rate structure: experience-tier base rates starting at $0.77 up to $0.80 CPM (all-in rate hits up to $1.44 CPM factoring in unloads, stops, and load bonuses). Additional pay events: $265 trailer unload pay, $15 stop pay, $35 backhaul pay, and an extra $125 weekly for pulling 3+ loads.

Running territory: dedicated regional lanes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV. Workload specs: ~1,100 miles weekly; 100% manual roller-unloads (1–6 stops per trailer).

Schedule:

Qualifications:

active commercial driver's license (Class

A). At least 90 days of verifiable CDL-A experience in the past 3 years. Physical capability to handle live retail store unloads. Good driving history and clean background check (non-SAP compliant account). Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal gear to onboarding (double endorsement is a plus, but not mandatory).
