As a Non‑destructive Testing Warehouse Logistics Manager, you will work with a safety‑first team to coordinate and combine technical oversight of inspection equipment with traditional logistics, overseeing inventory, equipment calibration, and safety compliance. The Warehouse Manager will coordinate the shipping & receiving, inventory management, and ensure that all equipment is in working order and ready for deployment.
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, manage the calibration status of all NDT equipment, and control inventory levels of consumables.
- Ensure that the warehouse and office is open and ready for operations.
- Coordinate safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials; enforce strict safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and equipment.
- Use company systems to track, organize, and manage inventory.
- Ensure all equipment meets industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participates in JSA and uses all necessary steps to complete tasks safely and ensures the safety of others working in the area.
- Communicates with all levels of management and crew to effectively present any needs and changes.
- All other duties as assigned.
