• M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an ACGME‑or AOA‑accredited Family Medicine residency (or RCPSC‑accredited Canadian Family Medicine residency)
• Unrestricted Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
