Manufacturing Machine Operator at Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator.

Swing shift available. Pay: $21.75/hour

• Monday - Thursday: 3:45 PM to 2:30 AM with occasional Friday overtime

• Feed materials into equipment and tail the back of the machine
• Accurately stack materials and perform quality control checks
• Work with team members to produce quality products
• Undergo training and develop skills to take on more tasks and operate more equipment

• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure
• Physical ability to stand for your entire shift
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn more
• Experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role; knowledge about lean manufacturing processes is helpful
