Join Our Team at Lynden Door! Lynden Door is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Utility and Paint Technician to join our team! You’ll work with a small, close-knit crew to perform light painting, maintenance and helping ensure a clean and safe manufacturing environment. We offer steady hours, a supportive workplace, and competitive pay and benefits.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform nightly cleaning, painting and light maintenance on the production floor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Operate or be willing to learn forklift operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively
- Respectful, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
- Ability to work the night shift Monday–Friday (7:45 PM – 4:30 AM), with overtime as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $22.25 per hour (Base pay $20.00 Plus a shift premium of $2.25)

- 401(k) with company profit-sharing (401k eligible after 90 days; profit share after 1 calendar year)
- 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
