A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most. This role requires someone detail‑oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency. We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday–Friday 5:00am–2:30pm schedule with overtime as needed.
