Production Pre Finish Quality Control Team Member SWING SHIFT Lynden Door 2077 Main Street Lynden Wa 98264

Join our collaborative team in our production department where you’ll support the door skin paint and gloss line In this role you’ll load door skins onto a conveyor and perform quality checks at the end of the process to ensure finish standards are met Our team members rotate tasks every 23 hours to keep work fresh engaging and build well rounded skills While manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful its not required we provide hands on training to set you up for success A willingness to learn a positive attitude and a coachable mindset are what matter most This role requires someone detail oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday Friday 230pm1200am schedule with overtime as needed

• Able to lift push and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 7090 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for 89 hours per shift

• Load door skins onto the conveyor line
• Inspect finished door skins for paint gloss and surface defects
• Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to learn new skills and processes as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

• Available Monday Friday from 230 PM1200 AM with occasional Saturday overtime

• Wage 2275 per hour
• Includes a 175 Swing Shift Differential
• Performance based increases at 90 days and annually typically in May
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
