Auto Zone - 142 Bay-Lyn Drive - Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication;
Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities;
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly;
Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment;
Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems. Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions
