The Volunteer Coordinator will oversee all aspects of volunteer management for our faith-based nonprofit thrift store, serving as the bridge between our community and our ministry. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and scheduling a dedicated volunteer team to maintain store operations while fostering a Christ-centered environment of service and fellowship.
