Overview
Join our dedicated team, a leading provider of roofing services in NW Washington. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and craftsmanship to our clients while ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform roof inspections, leak repairs, and maintenance on shingle, metal, and various flat roofs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering any questions related to the job.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of fall protection.
- Document all roof conditions, defects, and repairs with photos and detailed work orders.
- Ensure work efficiency by minimizing downtime both at the shop and on site.
- Perform temporary and permanent repairs using high-quality materials.
- Keep a clean and organized work area, ensuring all debris is cleared after each job.
- Participate in rotating on‑call emergency service with great compensation for emergency response work.
- Provide leads for roof replacements and upsell additional repair work, earning additional compensation for successful referrals.
Tues‑Sat, approximately 7 AM to 5 PM.
Qualifications- Proven experience in roofing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings and recommendations to clients.
- Must be a self‑starter, driven, well‑organized, good communicator, and tech‑savvy.
- Excellent time‑management skills and a commitment to punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable source of transportation.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Certifications in roofing safety or specialized roofing systems.
- Experience with drone inspections and digital reporting systems.
- Basic carpentry and construction skills.
- Familiarity with roofing safety standards and local building codes.
- Competitive hourly wage, $20–$30/hr (DOE) in construction/roofing/sheet metal.
