Plumber

Van's Plumbing and Electric is seeking a highly skilled and licensed PL01 Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will play a vital role in advancing our vision and mission while contributing to the growth objectives of a leading Northwest Washington provider of heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and water heaters.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and other trades to coordinate project requirements.
• Ensure all work adheres to state and local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes
• Complete required documentation, including work orders, time logs, and material usage reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale commercial plumbing projects.
• Familiarity with advanced plumbing technologies and systems
