Full Job Description
Van's Plumbing and Electric is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Commercial EL01 Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will play a vital role in advancing our vision and mission while contributing to the growth objectives of a leading Northwest Washington provider of heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Van's installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship
- Meet/exceed proficiency standards of all aspects of electrical circuit/system installation and commissioning
- Understand proper circuit/wire sizing and routing
- Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation walkthrough
- Willingness and ability to climb on roof top structures or into attic/crawl spaces
- Maintain Van's standards with a 'customer-first' perspective
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all team members
- Maintain a Van's branded appearance at all times per company policy
- Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Valid WA 01 Electrical license.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
- 1-3 years of Journey level experience required
- Experience with small and large-scale commercial electric projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $52.00+ DOE / per hour
