Shipping & Receiving Specialist (Part-Time)

Materials Department
- Lynden Door – Lynden, WA

Part-time | Monday
- Friday | 9:00am - 1:00pm | On-site

Join our Materials team as a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, where you'll play an important role in keeping materials and products moving accurately and efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation. This position combines hands‑on warehouse responsibilities with administrative support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working with both people and systems.

As a key member of the Materials team, you'll help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure materials are received, tracked, and documented correctly. You'll work closely with production teams, customer service, and other departments to support daily operations and help keep our manufacturing process running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Process and maintain accurate shipping and receiving information within our ERP and web-based systems
  • Receive inbound materials, including inspection, labeling, documentation, and inventory transactions
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Create and process inventory adjustments as needed
  • Track shipment status and communicate updates with internal departments and customer service
  • Respond to questions regarding shipping schedules, documentation, and inventory status
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving records for compliance and auditing purposes
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to support daily operations
  • Follow all company safety policies and safe work practices
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems or inventory management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8-9 hours during the workday
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
  • $21.00 - $23.50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Part‑time, Monday‑Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm
  • Access to company benefits, including 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
