Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll take ownership of the bar and lounge operation while leading by example.

Lead the bar team during service, ensuring exceptional standards at all times
Train and develop new and existing team members
Assign and oversee opening and closing duties
Manage rotas and team hours, planning for future business levels
Develop and enhance the drinks offering for guests and the team
Actively look for ways to exceed guest expectations

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a confident and passionate hospitality leader.

Prior experience within 5-star of luxury hotels
Experience leading or supporting the management of a hospitality team
Strong knowledge of current and emerging bar trends
A hands-on approach to training and developing your team
Excellent communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Strong organisation, attention to detail and flexibility
