They are seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant that will report directly into their Controller.

• Responsible for the monthly closing of a portfolio of properties and related entities
• Review balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly financial analytics, cash flow projections, and other ad hoc analysis
• Monthly and quarterly lender and investor reporting
• Prepare year end work papers for the annual audit
• Assist with annual budget preparation
• CAM reconciliations

• B.S. in Accounting
• 3+ years of related Real Estate accounting experience either in public accounting or corporate accounting
• Experience with Yardi Voyager software highly preferred
